What a lovely well kept museum to the early french settlers. It was the Capital of New France from 1632-1636. And I so love light houses!!
A small version of a Governor's Garden above part is herbal, to the left is medicinal, below is the meditation(flower), you can also see the vegetable garden in the background above.
I love this stone marker in the center of the gardens- "As we splice the eave of dreams into the splice of life a new life is born and where the plant shall grow from is its foundation, its soul" Lent John Koval
Cresent Beach you can drive onto the beach to windy and cool here to go dip our toes into the Atlantic, so we all took pictures instead.
