Hunkering down and preparing for a real Nor'easter! Our thoughts go to those in Massachusetts and Ontario and others who have already felt the effects of these storms. The combined storm is due in Nova Scotia around 9 pm, we should have way over a foot of new storm by tomorrow morning.  We were just watching the news in Boston, and they said that driving is prohibited there. Brought back memories to us, of driving Lyle down to his Naval Base in 2003 and while  returning home in Maryland we ran into the then "storm of the century" .  We kept hearing the roads where closed, but we had to get back to our home being stranded on the roadside was not an option. The next day, our car was buried under snow. The trip home was filled with prayer, and we were so grateful to arrive "home" safe and sound. Our thoughts go out to all those who will be out in and working thru  these storms, National Guardsman, power repair folks, police and fire, 911 workers, doctors and nurses and all those who get stranded.  Please take care everyone. We pray for you all.
